I’m a BPS (British Psychological Society) Chartered Psychologist, a qualified counsellor registered with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland), and an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited coach. I’m also a Counselling Skills Trainer accredited by COSCA, and a Supervisor registered on the BPS’s Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).
I provide individual counselling/coaching and teach mindfulness courses. I also teach and supervise qualified and trainee counsellors/psychologists/coaches, and conduct research in the field of counselling and coaching.
